Will my people actually do the interviews?

Yes — because instead of typing, they just talk. A ten-minute link lands in their email or texts, they open it on their phone, the AI asks about their own job, and their part of the book exists. They approve their own facts before they count. It's that easy.

We have SOPs somewhere.

A binder from years ago, half a shared drive, and three people's heads. Drop the binder and the drive into Shopbook — the AI reads them into the book, flags where they contradict what your people say, and tells you what's still missing.

What happens when things change?

Every fact carries a shelf life by type. Prices and vendors age fast, processes slower, licenses on their renewal cycle. When a fact is due, the keeper re-asks the person who said it, in a couple of minutes. If nobody answers, the fact is marked stale and the score drops honestly, so what the book says is always what's true right now.

Won't the AI get it wrong?

It only files what someone said, and every fact names who said it. If it isn't in the book, it says so instead of guessing. The person who said it checks their facts first.

Is the interviewer a person?
