Not a chatbot. A keeper.
The keeper lives inside your business, not in a browser tab. It interviews your people, files what they say, tells you who holds knowledge nobody else has, and answers when you ask. It knows which facts go stale and how fast, and comes back to re-check them on its own.
How it works.
We start with you. The AI takes it from there. Nobody writes anything.
One meeting and some documents.
A ninety-minute sit-down with the owner or CEO on how the business really runs.
Then send us what you already have, such as SOPs, org charts, or vendor lists, and we wire the brain around your company.
The keeper takes over.
The AI interviews your people by voice, follows up, and reads your documents. We help it reach the right people. Training someone? Tap record, both of you know it's on, and the AI files what was said.
What they say becomes facts.
Not a transcript dump. Facts, each with who said it and when, stored in your business's own archive.
See your company’s health. Ask it anything.
One score for how healthy your business memory is. And a company brain open 24/7 for questions, SOPs, handover documents and more.
Then talk to your company’s keeper.
The book isn't a binder you go read. It's a place to talk to your keeper about your business. Ask what happens if Karen is out. Ask it to write a process up as an SOP, draft a new hire's first week, or ask where the work gets stuck. It works from what your people actually said, cites the fact, and tells you honestly when something isn't in the book yet.

Questions owners ask.
Will my people actually do the interviews?
Yes — because instead of typing, they just talk. A ten-minute link lands in their email or texts, they open it on their phone, the AI asks about their own job, and their part of the book exists. They approve their own facts before they count. It's that easy.
We have SOPs somewhere.
A binder from years ago, half a shared drive, and three people's heads. Drop the binder and the drive into Shopbook — the AI reads them into the book, flags where they contradict what your people say, and tells you what's still missing.
What happens when things change?
Every fact carries a shelf life by type. Prices and vendors age fast, processes slower, licenses on their renewal cycle. When a fact is due, the keeper re-asks the person who said it, in a couple of minutes. If nobody answers, the fact is marked stale and the score drops honestly, so what the book says is always what's true right now.
Won't the AI get it wrong?
It only files what someone said, and every fact names who said it. If it isn't in the book, it says so instead of guessing. The person who said it checks their facts first.
Is the interviewer a person?
We lead the initial executive interview. After that, your AI keeper interviews the team and keeps the book current.
Who owns the book?
You do. Export every fact and every transcript at any time, including after you cancel.

We’ll email to arrange a call. Meanwhile, write down the three things only one person in your business knows how to do. That's the first interview.
